JeeBuzz Terms and Conditions – Rules Every Pakistani Player Should Read

Introduction

Welcome to JeeBuzz. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," "your") and JeeBuzz ("we," "us," "our," "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the JeeBuzz website at jeebuzz.click and all associated gaming, betting and support services offered on the platform.

By creating an account on JeeBuzz, making a deposit, placing a bet or using any feature of the platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use JeeBuzz and should close your account immediately.

These Terms are written in English as they apply to Pakistani players and the Pakistani market. The platform operates with all transactions denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Nothing in these Terms constitutes financial or legal advice.

Account Rules

Every player who wishes to use JeeBuzz must register a single personal account. The following rules apply to all JeeBuzz accounts:

2.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one registered JeeBuzz account. Opening multiple accounts – whether under the same name, a different name, a different mobile number or a different device – is strictly prohibited. If JeeBuzz identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be suspended immediately, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any bonus balances or promotional winnings will be voided. The main account balance may be returned at JeeBuzz's discretion after investigation.

2.2 Accurate Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when registering. This includes your full name, valid Pakistani mobile number and date of birth. JeeBuzz reserves the right to request supporting documentation – such as a CNIC or proof of payment method ownership – at any point, particularly before processing large withdrawals or if fraudulent activity is suspected. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account closure.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your JeeBuzz account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. JeeBuzz staff will never ask for your full password via any channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact JeeBuzz support immediately at support@jeebuzz.click. JeeBuzz is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have shared your credentials or failed to notify us promptly.

Eligibility

To register and use JeeBuzz you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. JeeBuzz operates a strict zero-tolerance policy on underage gaming. Age is verified at registration and may be re-verified prior to withdrawal processing.
• You must be accessing and using JeeBuzz for your own personal, recreational use. Corporate or institutional use is not permitted.
• You must be using your own funds to deposit and bet. Using funds belonging to another person, or funds obtained through fraud, theft or money laundering, is prohibited and will be reported to relevant authorities.
• You must not be on a self-exclusion list. If you have requested self-exclusion from JeeBuzz or any partner platform and that period has not expired, you are ineligible to register or play.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person, and you must not be opening an account at the direction of or for the benefit of a third party.

JeeBuzz reserves the right to request age and identity verification documentation from any player at any time. Accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed may be suspended pending review.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

JeeBuzz accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit is Rs 500. Deposits are credited to your JeeBuzz wallet promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider – typically within seconds for mobile wallet methods.

You may only use a payment method that is registered in your own name. Depositing using another person's account or card is prohibited and will result in account suspension. JeeBuzz reserves the right to return a deposit to the originating account if the payment method ownership cannot be verified.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed via the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where possible. If multiple methods have been used, JeeBuzz may process the withdrawal to the most commonly used method at its discretion. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Standard processing times are:

Players may be asked to provide a copy of their CNIC and a screenshot of their payment method wallet to confirm ownership. Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 General Betting Rules

Once a bet or wager has been confirmed and accepted by JeeBuzz, it cannot be cancelled, modified or reversed by the player. Bets are binding from the moment of confirmation. You are responsible for checking your bet details before confirming. JeeBuzz displays all bet details clearly before the confirmation step and accepts no liability for player errors made at the confirmation stage.

5.2 Game Outcomes

All RNG (random number generator) games on JeeBuzz use independently certified random number generators. Results are determined solely by these certified systems and cannot be influenced by JeeBuzz staff, software configuration or any external factor. Live casino games are played with real equipment operated by real dealers in certified studios. JeeBuzz does not control or influence live dealer game outcomes.

For Aviator and other provably fair games, the crash point for each round is determined cryptographically before the round begins. JeeBuzz publishes the server seed hash before each round and reveals the full seed after the round. 5.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stakes vary by game. These limits are displayed in the game interface before any bet is placed. JeeBuzz reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time. Players who are found to be exploiting stake limits in an abusive manner may have their stake limits individually adjusted.

5.4 Technical Errors and Disruptions

In the event of a technical error, system failure or connection disruption that affects the outcome of a game, JeeBuzz reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to player wallets. JeeBuzz will communicate the resolution of any significant technical incident to affected players via the in-app notification system or email. Winnings paid as a result of a confirmed technical error are not valid and may be reversed.

Bonuses and Promotions

JeeBuzz offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address and payment method. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times is considered abuse and will result in all bonus balances being voided.
• All bonuses on JeeBuzz are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated per promotion) must be wagered through eligible games before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10–20% and sports bets contribute as stated in the individual promotion terms. JeeBuzz displays contribution percentages clearly in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period stated in the specific promotion. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from the account without replacement.
• Minimum odds restrictions may apply when using bonus funds on sports or cricket bets. Bets placed at odds below the specified minimum do not count towards wagering requirements.
• JeeBuzz reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, without prior notice. Active bonuses that have already been credited will honour their stated terms.
• Bonuses are provided for recreational players. If JeeBuzz determines that a player is exploiting bonus structures through systematic play patterns designed to minimise risk and extract bonus value, those bonuses may be voided and the account reviewed.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on JeeBuzz and will result in immediate account suspension, voiding of balances and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Deception: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, misrepresenting your identity or location, or deceiving JeeBuzz staff in any way.
• Money Laundering: Using JeeBuzz to deposit, cycle and withdraw funds as a mechanism for cleaning illegally obtained money. JeeBuzz cooperates fully with financial regulators and law enforcement agencies in investigating suspected money laundering.
• Collusion: Collaborating with other players in any way to gain an unfair advantage – including in live poker, card games or any other game where player decisions interact.
• Software Exploitation: Using bots, automated betting scripts, exploits, vulnerabilities in JeeBuzz software or any third-party tool designed to give an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematic exploitation of bonus structures in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider for a transaction that JeeBuzz can demonstrate was legitimately processed. Chargebacks will result in immediate account closure and recovery action for the disputed amount.
• Underage Play: Attempting to register or play while under the age of 18, or knowingly facilitating underage play by sharing account credentials with a minor.

Responsible Gaming

Limitation of Liability

JeeBuzz provides its platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access at all times. While we invest significantly in infrastructure to achieve the highest possible uptime – including redundant systems and 24/7 monitoring – no online platform can guarantee 100% continuous availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JeeBuzz's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits you have made to your JeeBuzz account in the thirty-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim. JeeBuzz is not liable for:

• Indirect, consequential, incidental or special losses arising from your use of the platform
• Losses resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms
• Losses attributable to unauthorised access to your account where you shared credentials or failed to notify JeeBuzz promptly
• Losses caused by third-party payment provider delays or failures
• The accuracy of sports data, cricket scores or odds sourced from third-party data feeds

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury or fraud caused by JeeBuzz's own negligence.

Account Termination

10.1 Termination by You

You may close your JeeBuzz account at any time by contacting our support team at support@jeebuzz.click. Before closure, any remaining real money balance (excluding voided bonus funds) will be returned to your registered withdrawal method within the standard processing timeframe. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours of confirmation.

10.2 Termination by JeeBuzz

JeeBuzz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we determine that:

• The player has breached any of these Terms
• The player's activity poses a fraud, money laundering or compliance risk
• The player has engaged in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7
• Continued operation of the account would expose JeeBuzz to legal, regulatory or reputational risk

Where JeeBuzz terminates an account for reasons other than player misconduct or breach of Terms, any remaining real money balance will be returned to the player. Where termination is due to misconduct, JeeBuzz may withhold all or part of the balance pending investigation.

Changes to These Terms

JeeBuzz reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, JeeBuzz will notify registered players via email and/or in-app notification at least 7 days before the updated Terms come into effect. The updated Terms will be published at jeebuzz.click/terms-conditions with the revision date displayed prominently.

Your continued use of JeeBuzz after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those updates. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must stop using JeeBuzz and request account closure before the effective date.
