To process deposits and withdrawals, JeeBuzz shares the minimum necessary financial data with payment service providers including Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay and banking partners. To enable your game session, a session token (which does not directly identify you to the provider by name) is passed to the game provider. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time. Update your preferences in account settings or email support@jeebuzz.click. Opting out takes effect within 48 hours and does not affect account-related transactional messages.
How to Exercise Your Rights: Email support@jeebuzz.click with the subject line "Data Request – [Your Request Type]". Include your registered mobile number so we can verify your identity. JeeBuzz aims to respond to all data requests within 7 working days. Complex requests may take up to 30 days, in which case we will notify you of the expected timeframe.
JeeBuzz is strictly an 18+ platform. We do not knowingly collect or process personal data from individuals under the age of 18. Age is verified at the point of registration using date of birth information and may be independently verified against identity documents prior to withdrawal processing.
If JeeBuzz discovers that an account has been registered by or is being used by someone under 18, the account will be closed immediately, all bets will be voided and all deposits will be refunded to the originating payment method. No winnings from bets placed during the period of underage use will be paid out.
Parents and guardians who believe a minor may be accessing JeeBuzz should contact us immediately at support@jeebuzz.click. We take underage gambling prevention extremely seriously and will act on any credible report without delay.
